Here's one of the poems out of the book "Spiritual Warfare Combat Flight"................

Mind Take Flight
Love, Joy and Peace was having a good time,
They met Patience, Kindness and Goodness along the hill that they climbed,
Patience, Kindness and Goodness kept a moving high and steep,
Then a rope was dropped by Humble and Meek,
Humble and Meek pulled them up to the top of the peak,
Faithfulness, Gentleness, and Self Control joined in to celebrate the victory
On every other rock there was a speck of slippery misery
Wanting company but it was avoided.
